Moving On!

I would like to say that I have been playing so hard I haven't had time to change the blog. However, I just saw several family and friends that actually went somewhere to play and their blogs are up to date. I guess I have no excuse. I had everything ready after New Year's and hit the wrong button, deleted everything and was so disgusted that I haven't been back since.

We had a marvelous holiday season. We spent Christmas at home, had family for New Years, went back to school and then partied with friends for our anniversary. Who knew that the Wii Fit would be such a great party game? I was going to post all the previously mentioned events but decided that it is already old news, so one or two pictures are it. Connor and Tori are growing like weeds. Connor is expanding his vocabulary and even though he is two, I think he can say yes. It is a miracle. He is learning is K's at the beginning of the words and is so cute. Tori just had her first birthday. Chocolate cake was a requirement. I remember when Christian turned one, I made angel food cake so there wouldn't be a mess to clean up. It is amazing to me that I have relaxed to this degree with the last two babies. Connor was so in love with the cake that we let him destroy his piece as well. We just hosed them both off in the kitchen sinks. Megan and Jess are doing well in school. It is Jess's senior year and I am not sure how she is going to do after graduation. She doesn't adjust to change very quickly. Chris is back home and enlisting in the Army Reserves. It is an attitude adjustment for me. I have gone from being completely against and frightened to accepting and hopeful. We shall see how things go and leave him in our Heavenly Father's capable and loving hands.

One last tidbit! "The time has come, the Walrus said, to talk of other things!" We have decided to take our blog private for the safety of our family on the information superhighway. If you would like to continue reading about our family, leave me your e-mail and I will make sure you have the information needed to continue.

Enjoy!

Sounds like you are pretty busy! Glad you had fun for awhile. That makes going back to the grind easier I think.
Please keep me updated on Chris. I am NOT to the accepting and hopeful stage yet!!!
Love you!

Hey Jenn, It looks like things are going pretty good. I agree it would take time to adjust the thinking about Christian. Hope that all goes well. I would love to included on your list when you go private.
